Test Structure:

The IELTS exam spans a total duration of 2 hours and 45 minutes, comprising four distinct modules:

Listening Test:

Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
Format: Consists of 40 questions
Details: Includes multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, sentence completion, and chart/table completion exercises.

Reading Test:

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes
Format: Consists of 40 questions
Details: Involves tasks such as identifying the writers' views/attitudes, matching lists/phrases, labeling diagrams, and selecting suitable paragraphs.

Writing Test:

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes
Format: Consists of 2 tasks
Details: Requires candidates to complete two writing tasks, each expected to be between 150-250 words.

Speaking

Duration: Approximately 11-15 minutes
Format: Consists of 3 parts
Details: Involves a face-to-face interaction with an examiner, designed to assess speaking abilities across various topics and scenarios.
